There is a specific procedure that NOVA follows for each individual project for all of the services we undertake. Our goal is to minimise the disruption a home improvement can cause to your life and aim to provide a seamless, hassle-free service to you.
CONSULTATION
After contacting us and briefly describing your needs, your dedicated project manager will give you a free consultation and evaluation. They will take you into a detailed discussion to understand your space, needs, and aspirations. This can be carried out from the comfort of your home.
PLANNING
Depending on the type and scope of the project, Nova introduces the client to architects, surveyors and structural engineers. They will do a complete evaluation of your property to create the blueprints for design.
CONTRACT
Once a design plan and specification is agreed, you will be provided with detailed costings. This will include a project timeline and outline exactly what you can expect from Nova. Alternatively, if a client already has a design and/or an architect, we will be happy to price tender packages.
CONSTRUCTION
The most exciting stage, the construction phase. Nova’s professional tradesmen will help transforming plans into reality with expertise and dedication. Nova understands the importance of keeping you informed of your build’s progress, therefore your dedicated project manager will ensure a completely smooth transition throughout the build.
FINISHING
Nova works with the finest trade specialists to ensure your build is finished to the highest of standards. Before handover, a rigorous snag check will be carried out to guarantee your satisfaction.
