Nova Design & Build London delivered a substantial refurbishment and structural renovation of this Brixton home, addressing a range of complex building and remedial works while modernising the property throughout. The project included the replacement of structural steelwork, repairs to the existing side return extension, chimney breast removal, and extensive structural strengthening works to ensure the long-term integrity of the building. Internally, the property benefited from new bathrooms, a complete rewire, full replumbing, and the installation of a new heating system. The home was fully replastered and redecorated, while a new glazed roof brought additional natural light into the living spaces. New windows and doors completed the transformation, significantly improving both the appearance and performance of the property.
